Actress, Poet, Translator
Born in Riga, Lithuania, the daughter of Miriam Bernstien-Cohen and Michael Gor.
They were actors and were among the founders of Hebrew Theater in Israel.
1951- Started acting in the Cameri Theater
1958-Acted in Rashomon on Broadway.
1961- Returned to Israel and acted in leading parts in the Haifa theater, the Cameri theater, Habima theater and private productions.
1969-Began translating literature including books by Bashevis Singer and Saul bellow, both Nobel Prize recipients.
Translated and edited literature for 15 years.
She wrote poetry throughout her entire life. Published poetry books, and her poetry in most of the literature journals and news papers.
